Gravitons

Gravitons are one of the most important and rare minerals in the game.
For some reason they create huge amouts of energy and are only found on unhabitable planets that contain no cryonite. How these gravitons are created is unknown. But they are very powerfull if they fall in the wrong hands.
They were first found on Terasa, where scientists have been testing them for years. Only now they finally began to get braketroughs, but now. Illegal mines on the earlier called inhabitable planets have found them too. However, Mantis had been spotting these pirates and also started to find gravitons. Now they also have a chance of dropping it.
Gravitons can be used to save your Jump Ship from damage from the Sirius Singularity. You can donate gravitons to your clan with a 3:1 ratio or buy them with gold from Carl Sagan in the Item Shop.

Storyline
They are first encounterd in Graviton collection and later on in Reactor Damaged.
However this is likely to change soon as the new Antares System is likely to come.
Types
General (Yellow) Gravitons
These Yellow Gravitons are the first you find would normally find (without doing Conquests) in the mission: Graviton collection. These are found around the whole planet as said in the mission. However, in the mission you only need to search an area 1/3 or 1/4 of the map.
Blue Gravitons
The Blue Gravitons are refined gravitons that are needed to be collected in a special sequence in the mission: Reactor Damaged. You start with collecting the blue graviton.
Green Gravitons
The Green Graviton are the second refined gravitons. They need to be collected as second in the sequence.
Red Gravitons
The Red Gravitons are the final refined gravitons that can be found in the mission.
Conquest
On Conquest, you can gain Gravitons. These are very valuable minerals that have great powers for short times.
There are in total 5 differant gravitons.
Differant types
Pyrope Graviton - Increases fire power by 80% for 30 seconds. - A Red glowing Graviton
Iodine Graviton - Instantly resets all cooldowns from your weapon systems. - A Magenta glowing Graviton
Beryl Graviton - Instantly repairs your ship to the maximum. - A Green Glowing Graviton
Citrine Graviton - Increases damage resistance by 80% for 30 seconds. - A Yellow glowing Graviton
Micalite Graviton - Increases flight speed by 80% by 30 seconds. - A Blue glowing Graviton
