Story
Gemini was once the Economical Centre, being a huge Cryonite trading hub. At first, it was controlled by the Imperials, but then it was captured by the Colonials. It was a very wealthy place, so the Mantis attacked here first and hardest. They destroyed the radiation shield on Prosperous and obliterated Technatoria, which was the only hope for Gemini, since it was the home of Gemini Components. They captured the people of Commerce Central that are now slaves on the remains of Technatoria, searching for the Artifact. And so the Mantis conquered the Gemini System, leaving it in ashes. But not all hope is lost, because, well, some humans managed to survive...

Planets
Desai
One of the most mysterious planets in the galaxy, Desai is full of strange temple structures and enormous skeletal remains.
Exactly who lived here is not known, but the sustained surface temperatures are too great for human habitation; so whoever they were, they were not human.
Prosperous
Once an idyllic planet for bankers and merchants, this was paradise for those who could afford it.
One of the Mantis's first acts when invading Gemini was to destroy the Gemini Radiation Shield, thus unleashing the full fury of the twin Gemini Stars on the Prosperians.
A few human populations managed to survive, for a time, thanks to micro-climate technology. But they were eventually found and "removed" by the Mantis.
Gemini Starbase
Commerce Central
Once the commercial capital of the Gemini System, Commerce Central suffered terrible at the hands of the Mantis.
Many millions were killed in the bombing and millions more shipped off to an unknown location. None are thought to have survived and remained on the planet.
Technatoria
Once the home of Gemini Components, an affiliate of the giant Centauri Shipyards conglomerate, this planet was the industrial heartland of the Gemini System.
This was the scene of the doomed last stand of the free Gemini population and its defense force... Nothing but charred rock remains.
Iga
An incredibly cold planet, Iga is thought to be full of rare and precious metals.
However with the temperatures comparable to those of liquid helium, extraction would be more costly than the mineral's worth.
